The Polycarbonate Roof System is a modern elegant way of obtaining your outdoor living requirements.

Perfect for use in a large range of applications our systems are designed and built in New Zealand using only the highest quality materials proven to last in our outdoor environment.

Systems can be integrated into almost any existing area. Powder coated aluminium framework with stainless steel fastenings, structures are corrosion resistant making them ideal for proximity to coastal environments.

Structure & Materials

The main point of difference our systems offers over many other franchised and mass-produced products is we use only NZ manufactured and sourced materials. All profiles, rafters and components are made using heavy gage T5 aluminium and are Dulux powder coated here in New Zealand.

The patented Clear Span rafter profile is used to provide a clean, modern, and effective mounting and sealing method for long run polycarbonate glazing panels.

Polycarbonate Architectural Glazing Panels

UGS premium polycarbonate is characterised by its outstanding optical, thermal, and durable properties making it the perfect glazing choice for our roof system.

Glazing panels come either 6mm or 8mm thick depending on application and structure size.

3 colour and translucency options are available: Clear, Charcoal tinted, or Pearl tinted.

Outdoor Room

Your custom roof system can be designed to incorporate outdoor screens which can turn your new area into a year-round outdoor room.

We offer a range of screen systems which are simple to use and designed to last in our outdoor environment.

Screens can either be manufactured in clear PVC for optical clarity of mesh for sun protection and privacy. Mesh screens come in a variety of colours and styles to cater for your personal taste.

Design & Build

Following your onsite consultation and quotation with one of our sales team the next step will be to receive a concept design from our Design team. Your concept design will show exactly how the system will look when completed.

Once you are happy with your concept, we will begin its manufacturing phase right here in our local factory. Following this you’ve just got to sit back and watch our experienced, certified fitters install your new system.
